We had a fantastic Home Buyer Seminar on Saturday at the Keller Williams Revolution offices in Bloomington, IL. Tina Marlett from Bloomington-Normal Hometown Community Bank was there to answer questions about lending and BJ Armstrong and I fielded questions about the home buying process all the way from starting to shop for homes to closing on it and moving in.
It was so gratifying to hear buyers expressing that the information we shared empowered them to take their next steps toward home ownership. For some that next step was meeting with a local lender to find out how to position themselves to be prequalified to to get a mortgage. For some it was setting up personal searches so they wouldn’t miss a great house when it came on the market.
