About East Grove Street Historic District
The East Grove Street Historic District runs along the 400 through 700 blocks of East Grove Street, between Gridley and Clinton, just east of downtown Bloomington. Its homes were built roughly 1855 to 1915, with Queen Anne the dominant style from the 1880s-1900 building boom. Buyers here get walkable proximity to downtown, mature streetscapes, and the character of one of the city's best-preserved Victorian corridors.
