Wintergreen is one of Normal's most-searched subdivisions, built out from roughly 2004 through 2023 on the north side near West Raab Road, off Beech Street west of Towanda Avenue. It offers newer construction across a wide range of sizes, from modest to large executive homes, with a low monthly HOA fee. Buyers are drawn by move-in-ready houses, planned streets, and quick access to north Normal shopping and Unit 5 schools.
